★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a gem in Magog. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The location is also incredible. The shared space is really bright and cheery and everyone who works there is really kind. A great space for groups.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were lucky enough to find this place especially because of the Covid situation and us coming from Montreal and being in this town so late on a Friday last minute jaunt to see the colors of the fall leaves walking to all the mountain trails. The nice clerk at the desk was closing up but was nice enough to ask us all the essential questions to make sure we were safe and not infected with Covid 19 and set us up with a nice room and we were all set to have a nice relaxing evening and then go out and explore Magog and surroundings. Thank you and we really enjoyed the coffee and tasty treats in the morning!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place feels like home ! The staff are very welcoming ! We recommend it 100%! They have nice areas to chill; we had breakfast in the solarium, there was so much natural light and the view was amazing ! Coffee was great too ! We only have nice things to say and we will be back soon ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great plane to stay. Wonderful staff (bilingual), great rooms (many private), clean and tidy, beautiful kitchen and eating areas, bagels and eggs for bfst. And the town is gorgeous and full of life. Go there!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought the place was great and an excellent deal. I only stayed one night but it would be great for multiple days as it didn't have the crowdedness or dirtiness of a typical youth hostel and the common areas were great. The kitchen was well equipped so it's perfect for longer stays.
Pros:
- Clean accommodation
- A rather good continental breakfast
- comfortable bedding (a hostel with decent pillows and duvet!)
- Spacious common areas (including a large kitchen)
- Nice, airy windows with lots of daylight
- kind staff

They were super understanding and empathic and did not even charge us anything for the last minute cancellation (even though we were ready to pay and it is written in their contract). 10 out of 10 I can't wait to be able to stay there one day!
