Nous avions réservé pour 1h30, mais finalement il y a eu un problème et on a eu qu'une heure... plutôt "flush" (peut être même un peu moins...). On avait aussi mentionné à la guide qu'on voulait trotter et galoper. Elle nous a seulement fait trotter, environ 30 secondes. Et aucun galop. Bref, déçus du service, mais l'endroit est magnifique, ce qui rattrape un peu le tout. We arrived and no one was there to welcome us. We booked for 1:30, but finally there was a problem and we had an hour ... rather "flush" (maybe even a little less ...). We also mentioned to the guide that we wanted to trot and gallop. Je vous le dis bien, traumatisante! Manifestement il n'y avait pas de chevaux assez doux pour le nombre de clients, bien que tous les clients aient réservé! Les chevaux n'étaient pas préparés et au bout de 20 minutes les problèmes ont commencé car les bêtes étaient très agités et les guides n'arrivaient pas à les maîtriser; de plus la selle mal attachée d'une fillette de 12 ans s'est détachée et elle à faillit tomber de son cheval. Par la suite; par la suite c'est sa mère qui est tombée de son cheval que les employés ne sont pas parvenus à maîtriser. Pour finir un autre des chevaux s'est mis à galoper dans tous les sens, en faisant des aller retour avec sa cavalière sur le dos, toute hurlante. Pendant tout ce temps un des guides se débattait avec son propre cheval. Bref c'était la Berezina Au passage, avant la chevauchée, il font signer un document déclinant toute responsabilité avant la chevauchée en cas d'accident. Ce sont des gens passionnés qui ont à cœur la satisfaction de leurs clientèles. On peut facilement constater leurs expériences avec les chevaux. Ce sont des gens pas compliqué à côtoyer. Belle ambiance et personnel accueillant. My horse is currently training at Ranch Rebel for several weeks. They are passionate people who care about the satisfaction of their customers. One can easily see their experiences with horses. These are people not complicated to rub shoulders. Nice atmosphere and welcoming staff.
