The experiment started well but unfortunately, ended badly by the employee who was poorly trained on a product and even until the time of the refund of my down payment. He did not know how to do it. He had to call his boss do it again and again.

A partir du premier appel, jusqu'à la livraison quelques jours après, j'ai pu recevoir mes deux matelas 'Authentique', d'excellents matelas, de la ligne René Matelas, via le Transport Morneau à domicile chez moi, dans l'Outaouais. Merci Christine pour le travail concerté... et on se reparle... dans DIX ans !! I am from another region; I called the Boutique au Lit and the advisor's service was impeccable. From the first call, until the delivery a few days later, I was able to receive my two 'Authentic' mattresses, excellent mattresses , from the René Matelas line, via Transport Morneau to my home, in the Outaouais. Thank you Christine for the concerted work ... and we'll talk again ... in TEN years !!

J'ai pu essayer et comparer tranquillement les différents matelas pour choisir celui qui me convenait le mieux. Une très belle expérience !! J'ai bien hâte de recevoir mon nouveau matelas :) I received excellent service from Tristan, who knew his products very well and who answered my many questions with great patience. I could try and compare quietly different mattresses to choose the one that suited me best. A very nice experience !! I can not wait to receive my new mattress :)

Depuis presque 2 mois j'essaie d'avoir un suivi pour un matelas clairement affaiser. Je leurs ait transmis les photos et depuis aucun signal radio. La boutique au lit me dit d'appeler chez matelas rené... et clairement personne travaille là-bas parce que personne ne répond au téléphone. J'ai laissé plusieurs messages je n'ai recu aucun retour d'appel. Pendant ce temps on souffre de mal de dos. Le sommeil est trop important pour le laisser entre les mains d'amateur. I made the mistake of buying a mattress from a bed shop in 2018. For almost 2 months I've been trying to get a follow-up for a clearly sagging mattress. I gave them the photos and since no radio signal. The bed shop tells me to call rené mattress ... and clearly no one works there because no one is answering the phone. I left several messages and did not receive any return calls. During this time we suffer from back pain. Sleep is too important to leave in amateur hands.
