★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This summer Chase built us a custom scaffolding setup around our entire house so that we could put on a new roof. The roof has a very steep slope and is a real pain to work on. This allowed us easily access the entire perimeter of the house and get our materials where they needed to be and keep our site way safer because we didn't have to worry about falls as much. The scaffolding was way more affordable than hiring a roofing crew to do the work for us; I'm surprised more homeowners aren't hiring scaffolding companies for their steep sloped residential roofing projects.
