★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was a half sized full athletics pool with a four tier diving board. A suana as well a full variaty of exercise equipment ill have to explore at a future time. Does insure a shower and seem s to be the home of a few competitive sports team. I highly recommend this location for young adults as well as children. They offer first swim training for children. Is subsidizable by government ontario for recipients of odsp and would assume ow. Go to the gym while your youngster as a dip and swim. Or even cross train between swimming jogging and wieght lifting while teaching your youngster the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been playing at this gym for a while now. Facility is ok but management is awful. Floors are not well kept In field house or main gym, was once cleaning them myself when the manager said that it’s the responsibility of the cleaning staff and if somebody gets hurt they are liable. Wouldn’t it be nice if nobody got hurt in the first place? He proceeded to take away the mop and somebody slipped and pulled a muscle -.- staff never have any idea if there is any bookings. Extremely unorganized.
