★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lorsque l'on contact l'entreprise, la dame du service n'écoute pas son interlocuteur et réagit instantanément. Elle n'a aucune idée de quoi il en retourne mais anticipe la suite et se permet de raccrocher, quel manque de savoir vivre.
Expérience médiocre, tout bon gestionnaire réussissant sa vie professionnel sait que l'écoute en affaire procure un pourcentage d'achalandage considérable.
Dire que j'appelais pour donner l'endroit à contacter pour joindre la compagnie considérant qu'ils ont une garantie à vie sur le produit acheté chez nous.. drôle de dame ici!
 When contacting the company, the lady in the service does not listen to her interlocutor and reacts instantly. She has no idea what is going on but anticipates the rest and allows herself to hang up, what a lack of knowing how to live.
Poor experience, any good manager who succeeds in his professional life knows that listening in business brings a considerable percentage of traffic.
To say I was calling to give the place to contact to reach the company considering they have a lifetime warranty on the product purchased from us .. funny lady here!
