★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un vrai raisin m'a répondu quand j'y ai demandé ce que je cherchais il a dit je vais aller voir et à place a pris une autre téléphone pendant 10min et après a juste raccroché m'a ligne sans vérifier rien , service pourri . Je retourne avec sourire chez re-cyclo perron pour tout mes achats car eux savent donner un service impeccable! ?
 A real grape answered me when I asked what I was looking for he said I will go see and instead took another phone for 10min and then just hung up me on the line without checking anything, bad service. I return with a smile to re-cyclo perron for all my purchases because they know how to give impeccable service! ?

EXTRAORDINARY service. Marc, the owner, is attentive and TAKES all the time it takes to make the necessary adjustments to our bike when buying it and to explain the specifics of the bike. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je suis passé au magasin par hasard - j’étais en camping dans la région. Je suis passionné de vélo alors quand on attend le reste de sa famille qui bouquine on en profite! J’ai été surpris de la quantité/qualité de vélos et d’équipements en magasin - mieux équipé que plusieurs grandes boutiques de vélo! J’ai trouvé un item précis que je cherchais depuis un certain temps. D’excellents conseils du propriétaire Marc suite à mes demandes très spécifiques. Aucune pression à vendre, juste de bon conseils et un client très satisfait!
I happened to drop by the store - I was camping in the area. I am passionate about cycling so when you wait for the rest of your family to read a book, you take advantage of it! I was surprised at the quantity / quality of bikes and equipment in store - better equipped than many large bike shops! I found a specific item that I had been looking for for some time. Excellent advice from owner Marc following my very specific requests. No pressure to sell, just good advice and a very satisfied customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a new bike there in July, (love the bike) Marc and his mechanic made sure I was fitted properly and was ready to go once I left the store.
The price was the same at other velo stores in Ottawa and Gatineau.
I would recommend purchasing a new bicycle at this store ; as well, they have a wide variety of accessories (also at fair market prices).
