★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contrairement à certains croûtons de mon âge qui pense que la haute gastronomie ce résume à un club sandwich et qui donne 1 étoiles parce qu'ils ne sert pas de poutine, je suis extrêmement content de finalement avoir de la variété ici. Je suis tout aussi fière de ces deux jeunes du coin qui ont partit une entreprise à leur âge et montre qu'à Deschaillons, on est ambitieux. La nourriture est excellente, la chef à beaucoup de talent. Je sais que j'ai tendance à parler beaucoup, chose que ma femme me rappelle souvent, mais j'ai tout de même eu une excellente conversation avec le jeune homme à la caisse, j'espère ne pas t'avoir cassé les oreilles à parler pendant une demi-heure avec toi, mais je suis sûr de revenir manger chez vous!
Unlike some croutons of my age who think that haute cuisine is like a club sandwich and gives 1 stars because it does not serve poutine, I am extremely happy to finally have variety here. I am just as proud of these two young people who have started a business at their age and shows that in Deschaillons, we are ambitious. The food is excellent, the chef has a lot of talent. I know I tend to talk a lot, something that my wife often reminds me, but I still had a great conversation with the young man at the checkout, I hope I did not break your ears at talk for half an hour with you, but I'm sure to come back and eat at your place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menu SANTÉ très varié et très goûteux ! Tout est fait maison. Même les non végétariens vont y trouver un plat à leur goût. Boulette du végé burger est fait maison! Un délice qui dépasse de loin celui du commerce. Situé dans un beau village au bord du fleuve. Les allergies alimentaires sont tenues en compte. Longue vie à ce jeune commerce innovateur pour la région. Ça fait du bien d avoir une option plus santé dans le choix des restaurants ! ☺

Very varied and very tasty HEALTH menu! Everything is homemade. Even non-vegetarians will find something to their liking there. Veggie burger meatball is homemade! A delight that far exceeds that of commerce. Located in a beautiful village by the river. Food allergies are taken into account. Long live this young innovative business for the region. It feels good to have a healthier option when choosing restaurants! ☺

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Une expérience agréable, enfin un restaurant où on peut bien manger autre chose que de la grosse friture. Un menu délicieux et santé, avec des options écologiques comme apporter ses plats réutisables. Je recommande ce restaurant à n'importe qui et je vais y revenir c'est certain!
A pleasant experience, finally a restaurant where you can eat something other than deep fried food. A delicious and healthy menu, with ecological options such as bringing in reusable dishes. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone and will definitely come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La pizza aux framboises a du mérite pour l'innovation, mais manque de goût. (Essayez avec un soupçon de vinaigre balsamique). Idem pour le poke.
L'ambiance est agréable, mais le service inexistant.
Raspberry pizza has merit for innovation, but lacks taste. (Try with a hint of balsamic vinegar). Ditto for the poke.
The atmosphere is nice, but the service does not exist.
