★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, in todays world you won't find many like Herman/Mendel anymore. He owns Atelier De Sac A Main for many years and i am a regular client of his for many, many years. He is a really nice man and knows what he is doing and does it well. He is honest, he is fast, sometimes too fast for me :):):) and so responsible. And if he thinks the repair cost is not worth it to fix your luggage, he will tell you that too. He even follows up and calls you when he did the job and it's ready for pick up. Now that's customer service. The best and only repair expert i know and trust. Thank you Herman for always finding a solution. You are the best!

In 20-30 minutes, I got my backpack's unattached straps reinforced, zipper fixed, new buckles added to the back, and patterned stitching fixed on the front.
All for $25 in that short period of time. Beats buying a new backpack!
