Quelques semaines plus tard, je rappelle comme personne n'est passé. On me dit qu'ils débordent, mais qu'ils envoient quelqu'un dans les prochains jours. Quelques semaines passent ENCORE, je rappelle et on me dit d'être patient, car je suis encore dans la liste d'attente. Ça fait 3 mois depuis ce dernier appel et on ne m'a pas rappelé. Personne n'est arrêté. Si vous ne voulez pas avoir le contrat, dites-moi le sur le coup. Ne me faites pas attendre DES MOIS! Et hier, je vois votre camion chez mon voisin suite à son dégât d'eau. C'était quoi de m'aviser et de venir voir mon problème tant qu'à être dans le quartier? Je vais chercher un autre plombier qui offre un meilleur service si vous ne voulez pas faire affaire avec moi... Si vous lisez ce commentaire, merci de me rappeler. Worst plumbing service in town! I called them for a shower that runs in my wall. They told me they would spend the next week. A few weeks later, I remember how nobody has gone. I am told that they are overflowing, but that they are sending someone in the next few days. A few weeks go by, I call back and I'm told to be patient because I'm still on the waiting list. It's been 3 months since this last call and we have not been reminded. Nobody is arrested. If you do not want to have the contract, tell me instantly. Do not make me wait MONTHS! And yesterday, I see your truck at my neighbor's house after his water damage. What was it to notify me and come to see my problem while being in the neighborhood? I am looking for another plumber who offers a better service if you do not want to do business with me ... If you read this comment, please call me back.

J'ai récemment testé la deuxième pompe qui fonctionne comme back-up et elle déverse l'eau dans le bassin au lieu de l'acheminer vers la sortie... J'ai appelé 2x pour qu'ils viennent vérifier... Aucun suivi jusqu'ici! A plumber from Normand Roy came to move my sump pump because it was too low. I recently tested the second pump which works as a back-up and it dumps the water into the basin instead of routing it to the outlet ... I called 2x to come and check ... None followed so far!
