★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered online and didn't see a response. Their emails were landing in my spam folder. When I emailed them to inquire, they answered without hesitation. Order has already been shipped. The best part was that they had stock in what I wanted, whereas no other retailer in Canada did.
That's 5 stars all around!

The eq6r pro arrived way earlier than the estimated shipping date and Stefan was amazing and transparent in helping me with when the estimated delivery date would be and if I should order one now. I'm so glad I did. Their customer service is very fast and I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

All dealings were done by telephone between Vancouver and Montreal without a hitch. I very highly recommend this store for anyone wanting to buy Astronomy and Astrography products. Prices are very good and the service topnotch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife bought me a telescope as a gift, we live in Ontario. They took such good care of her, she is not an astronomer so had to trust their recommendations and they were just terrific. Even with supply chain issues beyond their control they kept her up to date and had delivery proceed without any hitches. Very much appreciated I will gladly shop there for future needs and support a great Canadian business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was searching for a certain tripod and none in stock,Stephen pointed in the direction of a very similar tripod almost same price point and construction just a good. Communication is excellent. Highly recommend this place without a doubt. I guess my only negative and not directly with this company, not sure why they would use GLS as a carrier. So many bad reviews about this carrier its shocking. I hope I don't have this bad experience that everyone is saying. Always stay with UPS, FedEx etc. Time will tell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A true pleasure to shop with Stephan. He answered via email and when my questions became overwhelming for me he was very agreeable to chat on the phone. He even provided a just as good, and less expensive, solution. I highly recommend Astronomy Plus for your astronomical needs.
Shipping was included, which is always a plus and FedEx even delivered on the Saturday which was nice since my package came on Friday and then, sadly, was scheduled for Monday. Having it show up Saturday morning was exciting.
