★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had contacted them for an appraisal of my house. I had received one email from them and after sending several emails to them, which I didnt get a response back, I emailed the office and they told me that the person that had originally responded to me first email was in holidays. I was not aware that he was going on holidays and I needed to get an appraisal done within a two week time. I spent the first week trying to get a hold of him and the last week that I am free, he is on holidays. The company didn't even say they would be able to send someone else to do it. Is Kevin the only appraisal personal there?
