★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had 3 children train with Astra at various times over the past year and a half (even through the pandemic). Astra has very conscious of safety throughout these weird times. The coaching quality is very good, I could see improvement in skill level in all my children. Shout out to coach Hannah in the U7 group that I got to see first hand. My oldest is in the U13 group and he goes to training with a smile on his face and never an argument about having to go.

The programming and coaches are the best in the city!

Astra has offered so many learning opportunities and support systems, such as teaching us how to take care of ourselves as a player but also as a person.

They are doing this through being amazing role models, supporting our kids as they grow and truly only want the best for their Astra family. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 2 sons and 1 daughter have or are presently training with Astra. The coaching staff are attentive as well as perceptive, training the players in soccer skills as well as life skills. The coaches really care about the well-being of the whole player as well as the team. My children have developed their soccer abilities, their knowledge of the game, and of other important aspects such as nutrition and mental training. I'm thankful they have had the opportunity to train with Astra, I cannot overstate how positive an experience it has been.

The coaches are amazing and treat each child with respect, and work with their skill level, so my kids get the best training for them! We loved everything about it! The social and emotional classes are a favourite! I love how Astra is teaching their players to be good citizens and give back to their community! As well as teaching them to be good teammates!
