★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just got called to a place done by astra....it was a nightmare and looked Like it was done by someone who knew nothing of electrical. Outside lights didn't work, outside plugs weren't spliced together, wires falling out. Neutrals were tied in as travellers in 3 ways, some lights were constantly on forever. And customer tried calling a TON of times including myself with no response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After dealing with Astra on a new house build I would give him a rating of 4/10. The owner has an arrogant attitude and some of the work he did on our house was sub-standard. We needed the owner to come and do a simple test on the power to an oven that was giving us problems and he refused.
We had to call in another electrician to test the circuit.
