★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TRES MAUVAIS SERVICE a la clientèle. Mauvaises informations, frais cachés. Courtier impolie et non empathique. ET n'assume pas leur erreur. j'étais cliente avec eux depuis des années et j'ai quand même eu un service PITOYABLE.
VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Bad information, hidden charges. Rude and non-empathetic broker. AND do not take responsibility for their mistake. I had been a customer with them for years and still had PITOYABLE service.

On nous a demande de faire des modifications suite à la visite d’évaluateur de l'assureur. On les a fait. On leur demande les changements sur la police... silence radio. Depuis 4 mois je leur envois un courriel au 3 semaines leur re re demandant les mêmes informations. réponse ..... néant après le "on verifie" puis le "je vous reviens" maintenant le vide intersidérale.
Avoid, I just realized that I've been with them for way too long.
We were asked to make changes following the insurer's assessor visit. We made them. They are asked about the changes to the font... radio silence. For 4 months I have been sending them an email every 3 weeks asking them for the same information. answer ..... nothing after the "we check" then the "I'll get back to you" now the interstellar void.
