benoit campeau is a super insurance broker times he is a little victim of his success but my dosier are always treated in time its done soon 2 years that i deal with him on several files and i am very satisfied thank you benoit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted Mr. Atif to figure out a rate for my car insurance, he gave me kinda reasonable price and I signed the contract with RSA. After I moved within Quebec (from Trois-Rivieres to Montreal) I request a change of address, he want to charge me twice the previous rate and after I canceled my contract he told me that they'll charge me a fine of 66$ but it turns on that they charge me 180$. I tried to reach him out but he's ignoring my phone calls, after a while (3 days) he picks up the phone and he told me it is what it is I can't do anything, and he start blaming the IT system for this mislead situation.
His service was misleading, unprofessional and unscrupulous attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WOULD NEVER RECOMMAND TO ANYONE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.The agent talks down to client, does not take the time to explain anything. For instance the agent provided to me the annual fees and I asked him the amount monthly and he said that I could "divide by 12 on my own".As soon as they have a feeling you do not know a lot about insurance they give you the most overpriced deal so be careful. I also shopped around and they truly are overprice for car insurance. TO NOT EVEN CONSIDER.
