The customer experience is just "WOW!" nothing to do with the direct insurer with whom I had to speak to an impersonal call center.

Je donne maintenant un 3 etoiles plutôt que 5 car à peine 1 an après le prix de mon assurance auto a augmenté de beaucoup au point ou je suis retourné avec Belair Direct. Une baisse de prix pour avoir de nouveaux clients et par la suite ca augmente ??
L'avis ci bas était celui avant de retourner avec Belair Direct

Excellent service, rapide, courtois avec des prix imbattables. Pour ma part 45$ par mois en moins pour avoir assurée maison/auto. Même plus que ca puisque je n'ai plus besoin d'avoir CAA car le service est offert gratuitement en combinant les 2

I am now giving a 3 star rather than 5 because barely 1 year after the price of my auto insurance has increased to much to the point where I returned with Belair Direct. A price decrease to have new customers and subsequently it increases ??

Excellent service, fast, courteous with unbeatable prices. For my part, $ 45 a month less to have insured home / auto. Even more than that since I no longer need to have CAA because the service is offered for free by combining the 2

Deuxièmement j’ai appelé divers assureurs pour comparer les prix. Pour les mêmes critères, véhicule, etc le prix que m’offrait Assur360 était 3 fois celui des autres assureurs que j’ai contacté!
Firstly when I called I was immediately transferred to voicemail.
Second, I called various insurers to compare prices. For the same criteria, vehicle, etc. the price that Assur360 offered me was 3 times that of other insurers that I contacted!
