J	Jasper Rose Joanne Brisebois on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We use their service regularly after our car broke down in August of this year and not only do they take forever to arrive (I'm talking a half an hour to an hour and a half wait time every time), several times they have sent us vehicles without a carseat (I make sure to very clearly request one at the beginning of every phone call) and the drivers offer to take us and our 2 year old without a car seat every time as if that isn't beyond dangerous, and half the vehicles are in such disrepair snd disgusting inside (DURING COVID) that I feel unsafe half the time. They have 2 car seats for the whole service as if parents don't need cab services and the people on the phone can never take responsibility for sending vehicles without one when clearly requested and you have to wait 10x longer IN THE DEAD OF WINTER WITH A TODDLER. RED DEER DESERVES BETTER CAB SERVICES!
C	Ciara Wright on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ when i called to book a cab the operator lady was very rude and interrupted me when i tried to tell her my address. the cab looked like it was 20 km from breaking down and had a weird, musty smell. i wasnt impressed to say the least.

I asked as to why booking in advance doesnt work and dispatch told me their service is NOT guaranteed on any day no matter what. Why book in advance then? #brutal
M	Miranda Dodwell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ save your time and call another cab service, most times the cars are dirty, some can drivers smoke inside vehicle before pick up, reckless/ unsafe driving, some do not properly secure car seats, my sister just shared with me that the cab she just took smells of alcohol. I’ve taken this cab service many times as a main source of transportation just dont make a mistake like me. * associated cab and alberta gold are the same company
D	Deb Cantin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered a wheelchair accessible van 2 days in advance for my mother to go to a funeral and they were 30 minutes late. Then to take her home, they were 50 minutes late! UNACCEPTABLE! When booked in advance, we should not have been put in the regular rotation!
L	Linda Elizabeth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had a couple of experiences where the drivers where seen smoking inside the vehicle and would just stop it when they see you coming. They are also very rude and unprofessional. That’s the reason why I stopped taking their taxi and spend money on buying a new vehicle. They are constantly rude to healthcare workers at the hospital, when they are asked to sanitize their hands or are stopped for Screening. They also try to budge the rules of the hospital and try to intrude without getting screened even when told several times not to. They also try to sneak in through different doors when it’s not allowed.
S	S2F Fitness on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty punctual with fairly reasonable wait times and rates. The majority of their fleet is clean and well cared for, with a few minor exceptions. The drivers range from friendly and talkative to stoic and professional and are most knowledgeable of locations or destinations and best, most efficient routes to take to get there fast and safe, which is why I give them a five out of five star rating.
