★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad attitude of the staff. They use the words GET OUT OF HERE IF YOU DISAGREE.
Very bad experience will not recommend. One of the employee name is GUY bad tempered. I requested appraisal and asked him a question because his comparisons and evaluation was far from the reality. He lost his temper and said TAKE THIS REPORT AND GET OUT OF HERE.
What a professionalism?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately our experience was especially bad. The woman we dealt with was named Laurie. She was incredibly unprofessional from the start, her actions and innuendos made my significant other very uncomfortable. When we had further questions she was very annoyed and made no effort to mask that. She made a handful of "jokes" about rather 'being where the wine is' than with work. I am very disappointed with our whole experience, we were recommended by a friend who spoke very highly of the business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sarah and Dave M have come thru with tight timelines in getting appraisals done on a RUSH request. Sarah in the office always is so quick to help and get things done. She is always friendly and polite over the phone. Dave M is my favorite appraiser. He is very personal with my clients. My clients tend to call me and thank me for sending someone so great to their homes. They are happier knowing they have someone who cares about their home just as much as they do. I highly recommend their service to family and friends.

The entire process from start to finish was made easy by your company and I also found the turnaround time from booking, to home walk through, to completed appraisal very quick. Your front desk staff when I phones in was very friendly, helpful and they easily answered all my questions. I also found your agent that came to my home to be very professional and knowledgeable of the market and comparables in my neighbourhood. His appraisal, in my opinion, was right on the ball.
