★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Office staff are unbelievably cold and rude and uncaring. They have signs up stating that they won't tolerate abuse, yet they are allowed to treat the public like garbage. Cold, uncaring, no compassion for the fact that people who phone are suffering.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm in severe pain I cry, nothing they so helps when I see my doctor all he does is say what do you want me to do about it!. Maybe figure out why this pain is going on and severe headaches. My entire body hurts everyday so bad make a grown man cry.
