Maison!). La personne m’a dit que je recevrais la soumission d’ici le lendemain… 5 jours plus tard, toujours aucune nouvelle! Disons que c’est trop tard pour avoir ma confiance …
Unreliable company. I phoned for a quote, I was told that they would call me back for an appointment. Having no news the next day, I called again and was told that someone would come in 2 hours (luckily I was at home).
House!). The person told me that I would receive the quote by the next day… 5 days later, still no news! Let's say it's too late to have my trust...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give zero stars I would. I called a week in advance to book an appointement. I was very clear on the phone that my house needed to be clean before wednesday. They assured me that they will. After the estimate, they gave me an appointement for Tuesday. I called that day, in the morning, but no one answered. I spend the entire afternoon trying to reach them (emails, phone .... ) They completely ignored me only to send me a text at 5 p.m telling me that they will call me within the hour.
It's Thursday and let's say that I'm still waiting for their call.
Honestly, worst experience of my life.
If you want a cleaning crew that actually shows up, don't contact them.
