Rude teller who displayed no sense of empathy over my mother's estate. Can't be bothered to actually look into things that could help the customer greatly.

Very racist! Would not deposit my cheque because it was from my reservation, I showed them my treaty card stating what reservations I am from and they said they would have to investigate because it’s from a reservation. Teller was so rude about it, I was almost in tears. Can’t believe this place Then I go to a different bank, no questions asked they deposit it. Unbelievable

Fees are ridiculously high. They take on numerous high risk accounts such as individuals with poor credit or no credit at all and when these account holders fail or bail, the fees charged help to offset the loss. Not fair to those who for legitimate reasons may have a bump and need a little help. End of month fees are staggering and if for some reason your 2 cents short, you get hit with a $35.00 charge and they refuse to cover you for it as every other bank or credit union will do for you. Unbelievably poor customer services.

Tellers and account managers are very friendly and helpful! They respond promptly to emails when I have questions or request a transactions. You can also make appointments for a free Money Fit consultation if you're a member - they'll help you set up the best products and services for your financial goals. I'm amazed at how polite and calm the tellers here are given some of the random problems people come to them with - and the appalling behaviour some people throw at them. (I've seen people who don't even bank with ACU have tempertamrums at their staff because the teller's couldn't access their accounts - with A DIFFERENT credit union.) Pro-tip: CostCo rebates are NOT cheques, you cannot deposit coupons or gift cards in an ATM. There's no point yelling at a teller about it! Pro-tip 2: You cannot cash out your partner's paycheque - it's against the law! It does not matter how much fuss you make, they will not break the law for you. Pro-tip 3: If you are complaining about how high the fees are, you probably have the wrong kind of account for what type of banking you do. Try asking a teller nicely for advice.

Pathetic......all branches closed on Saturday....only 1 open on McGregor Street! Eventhough one open, it is for online banking only! Now, got to waste time on a work day to do business here! Useless service!

What should be a great place to do personal bank work, turns out to be a waste of time and always terrible service. The tellers and manager in particular, are incredibly rude and condescending. Would not recommend doing business at this branch.

GOOD GOD do you folks need to learn about customer service. I visited your branch after ALL your branches were closed the entire weekend for some sort of merger. Now, one would think, if you provide zero services to customers for an entire weekend, come Monday, chances are you will be seeing a bigger influx of customers. Smart money would be to make sure you have an extra staff member or two on hand to handle this overflow. I SPENT 45 MINUTES waiting in line, minutes after 1pm, because you only had 3 tellers (with ZERO sense of urgency) on, meanwhile you had anywhere from 7-11 customers impatiently waiting in line at ALL TIMES. I personally witnessed one customer spend 25 minutes chatting up one of the tellers, lord knows he must lead a boring life because he saw it necessary to boast to the employee all about the warranty on his car, what dealership he goes to, how many free oil changes and tire rotations he gets, why he still brings in pennies with his deposits, and on and on and on. The teller showed ZERO concern or abilities to control the conversation and move matters along, while this customer ate up the better part of a half hour while people were VISIBLY & AUDIBLY getting frustrated with the wait times. May I remind you - this was AFTER the lunch hour, which is when things should slow down. Did a manager (Stacy) jump into action to help customers? God no. All was left to the three tellers (none of whom seemed to be expedient with any of the regular day to day procedures). Your company has ZERO concern for customers and this isn't the first time Ive experienced this abysmal level of service. Maybe other branches are better, but heed my warning - If you are considering banking with this branch, run don't walk, in the direction of a competitor. If I could I would award LESS than one star.
