★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was employed here at one time. It is very understaffed & employees are pushed to the max. In the mornings one employee is expected to get so many residents up and give them personal care it is impossible to do it! The only reason is profit for the owner gives precedence over staff & residence! Extra staff was highly required! However I did find the residence were bathed/cleaned and attended to fairly well throughout the day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a casual employee at Aspen for the last 5 years one of my favourite places I work the staff is so loving, caring and patient... I love that the staff is encouraged and offered extra training and of course I utilized the free training☺ I love the Residence Christmas parties each resident receives a gift that suits them with an incredible Christmas meal that is shared with their children and grandchildren... Another favourite of mine is the Mother's Day tea each mother dresses up with their jewellery and there dress they decorate hats with flowers they Invite their families for a very special tea party the glass tea pots and teacups are pulled out along with the fancy sandwiches and desserts....Staff and management work extra hard to provide these special events but all worth when you see all the Residence smiles ....☺

Even tho staff changes over the years she has always been treated with kindness,love and respect as well as having all her needs met. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for senior care

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to get my elderly father into a care home on short notice. Aspen Bluffs was the best option for him and we were fortunately able to get him in immediately. The quick turnaround of paperwork (just a couple of days) and ease of getting him settled was a huge relief for us. On arrival, the staff was welcoming and accommodating to everyone, including our dog. The Manager stopped in to see us, even though it was her day off. We are grateful to the staff for treating my Dad so well during the last few weeks of his life.
