After countless shops had told me my Volvo needed a new steering rack Steve was able to diagnose the leak and get the job done by only replacing a line that was leaking, saving me from over paying elsewhere. He was also able to diagnose and repair a few other issues with my car in a timely manner coming in under budget and prolonging the life of my car. Steve also went the extra mile and made sure that my car was 100% safe for the road and took care of all the little things that would result into bigger issues down the road. This was my first time bringing my car here and I will definitely continue to bring my car, as well as the rest of my family's vehicles here. I will also be making any future vehicle purchases down the road here at Aspec. Thank you again to Steve and the rest of the team at Aspec Auto Group!

I had taken the car on Monday and there was two minor little things that had to be fixed I called Steve the following day he told me to bring it in whenever I had a chance when I went two days later Steve had fixed every single thing for me that I needed done and didn’t charge me anything and told me that if I ever have another problem with the car to bring it back as it was under warranty. I have been to many dealerships in the last couple of weeks and had never come across the service that I had met with Steve and his team. Everybody there was so nice and friendly. I would recommend aspect auto group to anyone that is buying a used car or anyone that needed any mechanical work done to their car..

We were told he was an honest guy, and wouldn’t rip you off and did good work. I’ve had bad experiences with mechanics in the past so needless to say I was sceptical however went to him. Guy is awesome, very professional but down to earth and human. He’s real with you regarding the work that needs to be done immediately compared to work that can be held off if you’re tight for cash. I can honestly say that I’m very happy with his service, he’s always quick with a response and welcomes any questions or concerns with your car. Additionally my girlfriend was in need of a car after a bad accident, and not only did he have one, but he helped her out with making the right choice for her budget, got the car ready to go and made sure most importantly it was safe. Honestly I can’t say anything negative about his work, his shop or his work ethic. I had a car that needed fixing bad, but I didn’t know the extent to which it needed repairs… without a second thought Steve told me to bring it by whenever I could, and despite me not even being sure if I’d repair it he took a look, no hesitation and gave me estimates and opinions on what to do with it. Awesome mechanic, and an even better person.
