It’s where it all started. 577 Darcy was the address. First night. First Christmas together. First night as newly engaged. Newly weds. Where you brought your first born. Your second born. First of memories made. It’s your first home. You make the decision to leave all these memories within those walls, the house where they were made becomes a sanctuary for all of those many firsts. Your about to leave them behind as old memories and start new ones with the decision of purchasing a new home with the hopes it fulfills all the needs of a growing family, expecting nothing but more memories and fitting all of the ever changing needs that were coming. When we were choosing to move we knew we wanted to be in the country, wanted property, and privacy was our number one goal. We did some personal investigating on platforms where houses were listed online. We engaged with the idea of contacting a realtor to give us an extra push and some professional input. -Ashley was our game changer-. I don’t think we thought we would make the move so quickly. We were “testing out the water”. Ashley made us feel confident with our decision as she showed us only a necessary, handful of properties (not overwhelming us) that had every check mark ticked off. Not wasting our time with houses that didn’t have the selling features we needed/wanted or going far beyond the budget that we had in mind. She had the ability to read our families needs, listen and was able to find us our forever home within just a few weeks of seriously searching, because she listened. Ashley was able to be flexible and dedicated to when we were able to view properties and made it happen on her end to give us the time we needed to really inspect every aspect of the properties. She was always knowledgeable about the properties when asked questions. It was reassuring that she had studied the property to ensure we had full disclosure of all it had to offer. Not only did we utilize her as a realtor for the purchase of our new home but she was our agent to sell our home. On our end never having to experience this we couldn’t be more pleased about the seamless efforts of the whole start to finish. Letting the ink settle and dry as we signed off and accepted the offer from the new buyers was seamless and straight forward. In the small town where I live, there are your “legendary” been around for decades, realtor agents with their signs attached to most houses being sold. I’ve encountered many people with experiences of business is business, no worry for personal touches as they don’t need to waste their time with that. I can appreciate looking back and now telling people that I interact with that I got to experience the best of both worlds. Business and humility. This is something that is unique and difficult to find anywhere these days. I would recommend this realtor to anyone in need of buying or selling. I do not think you will find someone as truly dedicated and passionate in their field of work as Ashley is by our experience. Thank you Ashley.
