In first few showings he understood our requirements/likings and told us what properties & areas to look for and what to skip. Best part even after multiple showings he did not force us into any decision. He was instrumental in helping us make an informed decision and in helping us finally buy our 2nd home, an investment property with positive cash flow in rental income. I would very highly recommend Ashish for his patience, knowledge, understanding & overall professionalism. Cheers!!!

He understood our expectations for the new home. He never shied away from giving his honest opinions and suggestions. He was patient enough to walk in and out of 100s showings and almost done deals - just because we didn't feel it right. He never pushed, never forced and never stopped trusting our instincts, even if he felt otherwise. He went above and beyond in getting us the home we wanted, by all means.
In the end, I would like to conclude that staying true to his business and his profession are the two most important things for any professional. But for Ashish, there are few more things he brings to table - building trust, staying true to clients and having integrity.
And that is what makes him really dependable when it comes to buying a home with his help.
