★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New to this company as of September 2018. Not impressed. Wait time for getting through on the phone at any given time, 20-25 minutes. For a review of a simple claim be prepared to wait 7-12+ days for a decision to be made. Then, wait longer to get your money back. Ridiculous...

Past 4 yrs she has trained her employee’s to operate like bullies.
I did contact you, you did nothing but reiterate the BS I was told earlier. Along with the other hundreds of workers forced to take a buy out or they were laid off, cut off or fired; do to Kelly Littlechilds taking over as CEO! Shame on you’s…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was appalled and shocked by the arrogant, bullying approach of the individual who handled my disability file. They were rude to my doctors and when I called the caseworker on it, they did apologize to the doctors but not to me, the client, who has been paying into benefits for many years. The caseworker lied about not receiving paperwork even though 2 doctors offices had confirmation of receipt. When I said I'd e-mail the information, I was told that ASEBP could not guarantee that my personal information would be secure if sent by e-mail. Earlier in the year, I actually received a letter from them stating that there had been a security breach with respect to my personal information and others; the general tone was - "Sucks to be you. Oops." The ASEBP attitude and laziness is simply disgusting. I don't know how they get away with it.
