I called and spoke to delightful/helpful/professional front line people. Shout out to ****Vanessa and Hanna**** for your care. I did get through to Bosch after an hour waiting and he was able to troubleshoot over the phone. All is well. I would definitely call this company if I ever need in the future. Thx .
