I'm glad I found ASAP Cheques. They are very competitive and offer quick services. Every now and then I get a 50% discount coupon from other companies to print our cheques but even with this discount ASAP is still more competitive! Ordering is easy and customer service has been good. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

What makes Asap Cheques great is their simplicity ( of the web ordering process) and their customer service. As a business, Kingston Coffee House has been with them since day 1( or right after running out of our starter banking kit) and they have never dropped the ball. Orders that are supposed to take 2 days to get ready get done in 1, pickup or shipping is a breeze and rates are fantastic. Ultimately though its not rates that make customers come back. Someone can offer me half their rates and I wont switch. You guys have made my life and business somewhat tolerable from your end.

Just ordered with ASAP Cheques and their customer service is bar none! Needed to have the cheques in by a certain day and they went out of their way to make sure I got them in time! Ordered 100 business cheques for my Dad. They came quickly and are good quality! Highly recommend. Much cheaper than the banks...who charge much less ($120 vs. $45). Thanks!

I've ordered a number of cheques from this company, both personal and business, over the years and I've yet to have anything but a great experience. They're fast, affordable, and the one time I needed to contact support someone replied to my inquiry right away and solved the issue without any fuss. Highly recommend!

I've used this company three times previously, while I wouldn't say the cheques are the highest quality, overall I've never had any real issues. This time around however, unfortunately things were a little different. Turnaround was certainly super responsive - I received the shipping notice the day after sending in my sample cheque. Certainly no issues there. Where they let me down this time is the quality of the cheques, and their apparent unwillingness to address the concerns I raised. 1) There is a printer's crop/alignment mark in the MICR line - the numbers at the bottom of the cheque - on 75% of my order. I've not seen them before on cheques from any of the banks I've dealt with, and I know that line is supposed to be void of anything but the numbers. The response I received from Maureen at ASAP? "It's supposed to be there..." Sorry, Maureen...no it's not. 2) The formatting of my name did not match the sample cheque I provided. I like all uppercase, and no 'dot' after my middle initial, and this is how it's done on my sample. Instead, ASAP printed in Sentence Case, with a dot after my middle initial and while it's not the biggest deal, it's not the way I wanted it. Maureen's response? "It's our standard format and it won't affect your being able to clear your cheques..." Even if we ignore the name formatting, the extraneous characters in the MICR name were enough for me to ask for a reprint. I thought such a request would not be a big deal, but Maureen wasn't going to have a bar of it. Overall a disappointing experience this time around, and next time I need cheques or want to give recommendations to others, I think I'll go elsewhere.

I ordered cheques from ASAP a few times now, there was an issue this last time. Julie answered the call and was very quickly able to fix it and issue a reprint. Thank you again for a fixing it and for the fast turn around.
