★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great company. We live in UK and were very keen to find a new Richard Tuff print to replace one that had become rather faded over the years. We finally tracked one down at Artistica Fine Art and ordered one. Unfortunately when it arrived by UPS the tube had been squashed and the print damaged. It was great that Artistica were able to send a new one once we had shown the evidence of the packaging damage. Great service, and now we have a new vibrant print in our conservatory.

Very happy with my experience with Artistica itself, however not with the international shipping. The poster I ordered arrived very late and had been damaged all through the tube and several layers of packaging. It was not the fault of Artistica other than perhaps the choice of shipping company. Being a busy parent of small kids, and with no real hurry, I managed to postpone the feedback until the deadline for complaining to the shipping company had passed (which is I believe 15 days). When I finally contacted Artistica, Elie at the customer service helpfully offered to still send a complaint to the shipping company, even though the chance of success was slim. When the expected negative answer arrived, they offered to send me a new poster for free; I only had to pay for shipping. This was even though Artistica were not to blame, only the shipping company and myself!
The poster itself was of high quality, if you disregard the damage from shipping. I am now waiting for my second print to arrive, but expect that it will arrive undamaged this time.
Highly recommended!

I did have one issue with a print arriving with a factory blemish, but they quickly replaced the print with no hassle.
I highly recommend them over other print sellers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Artistica delivered the print i purchased, framed, and in a timely fashion. i could have acquired this print on Amazon for less money but it would have been sourced from a chinese supplier instead of a Canadian company, which is my preference. this is a good company to deal with and in my limited experience, they deliver as advertised.
