★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lectures are very helpful. Very enthusiastic staff at the centre. Stretching and Strengthening exercises recommended by the physiotherapists eliminated most of my joint pain.
Very Surprised that they did not teach that avoiding Nightshade Vegetables (potatoes, tomatoes, peppers) helps some people eliminate exacerbations of their joint pain with osteoarthritis.
Fish oil capsules and glucosamine sulphate & chondroitin sulphate can also be helpful for some people.
Wikipedia has a good section on osteoarthritis. Read the paragraph on "Other Remedies" if you have difficulty taking anti-inflammatory medication.
