Everything here was really uncomfortable and I left right away, not bothering to get anything from folks who were racially profiling my mother and I when the only reason we had went in there for the first place was to buy a get well soon gift for my grandparents who were placed in the hospital due to a car crash. Don't waste your money or your time here like we did.

c	chad brenneis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not get your suit rentals from this place. We dealt with the owner and was very unimpressed with the entire experience. He did not fit us properly for our suits as half of them were either too tight or too big. During the fitting I had mentioned my suit was too tight about 3 times and even asked what happens if I split the pants. Only reply was "you buy them." Didn't offer to get a bigger size or anything and continued to say the suit looked good. I ended up splitting the pants open and got a phone call saying I had to pay for them. All I got from the owner was " Come on man, I'm not paying for your fun" When I brought up that I had mentioned it was tight in the store he informed that he thought i was talking about the shoes. He ended the conversation with "if you don't pay I will be sending collections your way." Was very unimpressed with the overall customer service. Would not recommend!

Why is it that they cannot encourage themselves and their staff to be friendly? Helpful is very good but Friendly often makes the sale. A smiling friendly face encourages people to want to shop locally. I don’t ever think in the last years I have been told ‘Thanks for shopping and See you again!’. You will have to go totally Online if you don’t use and encourage People Skills.
