The worst front desk associate, customer service is apart of securing the home of people. If you want your days to be ruined over and over as well as emergency measures that are handled to secure safety. Condor security Rashid THE WORST FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE I HAVE EVER MET. ALSO HIS BACK UP AMANY KELADA THE BUILDING MANAGER. BOTH WORKING TOGETHER TAKE MAKE SURE CLIENTS ARE MISERABLE. When I was trying to make a formal complaint on the security to Condor security. AMELIA KELADA ordered me to hang up the phone becasue it is her phone as the building manager and I can not use it to make complaint. So please come live here for all the misery and miscommunication that you will have, because Rashid of Condor security has not one hint of customer service. ASk his colleagues. I also say this as a former concierge worker. THE WORST SECURITY SERVICE. backed UP BY AMELIA KELADA. WHO DOESNT CARE FOR ANY OF THIS.
