The Art Gallery of Alberta is a centre of excellence for the visual arts in Western Canada, connecting people, art and ideas. The AGA is focused on the development and presentation of original exhibitions of contemporary and historical art from Alberta, Canada and around the world.
About Art Gallery of Alberta
The Art Gallery of Alberta respectfully acknowledges that we are located in Treaty 6 Territory, the traditional land of diverse Indigenous Peoples including the Plains Cree, Woodland Cree, Beaver Cree, Nitsitapi/Blackfoot, Métis, Nakota Sioux, Anishinaabe/Saulteaux/Ojibwe and Dene Peoples. We also acknowledge the many Indigenous, Inuit and Métis people who make Alberta their home today.

It was a very nice experience and I loved the exhibit. The interactive pieces are the best and it definitely stuck out from the others.
Thanks for bringing it to Edmonton.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gorgeous! Building is a piece of art by itself. Very nice and knowledgeable staff, well kept building, and great prices. For art however, the facility is highly limited in any actual awe inspiring or interesting artwork. Essentially limited to art made by a boring 70 year old from Nova Scotia, or Nunavut. Would be very nice to see a less cultural art exhibit and a more awe inspiring/modern exhibit of art. Overall 7/10
