★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've dealt with Arrow for many years. As of recently, I can say that the service has definitely gone downhill. Maybe it's because I'm out of town now. I've been trying to renew my home insurance for 2 weeks. I've had to call several times to follow up on pricing for my home insurance because I can't seem to get a return phone call. There were problems with my current underwriter which has delayed it.
I called them again to get a price since the underwriter has their site up and running again. And again I can't even get a call back. I did call Western Financial and they were able to provide me with 4 quotes - 2 of which were better priced than those provided by Arrow. I gave them more than enough chances to resolve this.
