★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we purchased a new kitchen in 2016 and we love the look of our kitchen it looks great but unfortunately the quality of the finish is poor just after the first year more than half the cupboards became tacky to touch and they had them tested and repaired now again a year later it is happening again i reached out to them and they did agree to fix them but when I asked what is a permanent solution and what warranty would I have on a 20 000 kitchen it was stated that it was only 5 years from original install I asked for a permanent fix and something in writing and they refuse to stand behind their product . I asked a response in 7 days its been over 10 and there has been no contact .
