★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Garantie 5 ans de bonne construction...0 ils ne sont pas fiable... si vous avez des problèmes, ils vous dites que vous n'êtes pas les seuls et que vous devez attendre!!! Tout un service! Surtout quand tu n'as pas accès à ton balcon pendant l'été!!!
 Guarantee 5 years of good construction ... 0 they are not reliable ... if you have problems, they tell you that you are not alone and that you must wait !!! Quite a service! Especially when you don't have access to your balcony during the summer !!!

she should not be working in the human resource department she's way too depressed.
Depression can Cloud someone's judgement and her judgment is definitely clouded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst builder ever!! They even don't deserve a star!! Our drill was missing after they done the repairs. Property manager Noah of Phase 5 is very rude who told me that he has no senior management about him. He said I can't complain about the missing to anyone except him because he has no boss... Really??? Worst quality ever....see pictures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad support for tenants! The staff is not prepared to handle the needs of the customers! Besides that we had many incidents with the fire alarm that rang with no apparent reason but because wasn’t well adjusted, causing a lot of stress to people!
In one incident there was a real fire that started outside the building in the social area for unknown reason and had affected 2 floors! The administration didn’t explained to the tenants what really happened! Really bad communication between the administration office and the customers! It seems that they don’t care about people! They care only for business! And the price is incredible expensive!
