★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! When making my reservation I gave my credit card in order to give a $2000 deposit. When we got to Arctic Aventure we paid $420 for our snowmobiles and after making the payment the owner asks for a credit card in order to take $5750 out for insurance. We were not made aware of this and the owner refused to refund us our money back because we did not have a credit card big enough for a $5750 fee. He should have mentioned this before making us pay for our snowmobiles. WAY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF FOUR 21 YEAR OLD WOMEN!!!! DISGUSTING

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of fun. However we paid for a half day guided tour early in the season so the conditions were not great. Turns out we were one of the first tours of the season and the guides didn't seem like they had a solid route planned out, some of the trails we were unable to ride on and had to turn around. Because of this we ended up taking a lot of breaks and it seemed like our guides started riding slower to waste time , so our trip got cut short by about an hour. The guides were super nice and everything, however we felt a little ripped off of our money and when we brought it up to the owners after our return they were not very friendly about it, didn't offer any apologies or refund and kind of just made up excuses. Lovely time, however didn't really feel like we got our moneys worth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was an amazing experience. Since we were beginners we were bit slow in riding and the guide did not hesitate and arranged another guide for us so that other customers do not feel slow because of us.
Equipments are in good condition and so is snowmobile. Excellent customer service and we will get back for another winter for sure. Thank you for the amazing experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Magalie and Nicholas are absolutely amazing! They are so kind and do everything in their power to make you feel welcomed and well taken care of. The equipment that they provide is excellent and the ski doo trails are beautiful. Great experience and will definitely be going back again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a great experience with Arctic adventure staff. The admin staff (inside the office) as well the guide both are amazingly helpful people. I am a foreigner even though they gave me same level of respect and attention (even more :):):). compared to locals. Some more, the price is relatively less compared to other snow mobile tour operators in Montreal area. I would highly recommend them without any hesitation to anyone interested in extraordinary services from friendly staff. Bravo AA ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t quote me but I believe Quebec has more snowmobile trails than actually roads and if I’m wrong it does have an enormous collection of wonderful trails. Experience winter in Quebec.
Arctic Adventure will supply you with all your gear so if you are traveling from far away don’t worry just bring your drivers license and phone to take pictures. Cruise over frozen lakes blaze through groomed trails. Your guide will walk you through all the in’s and outs of the machine and give you pointers. Great for a guys trip.
