They removed the old flower boxes but left what appears to be old screws still sticking up out of the concrete - and our balcony was not the only one to have this. They also left a gap greater than 4" (100mm) between the bottom rail and the balcony. This is a building code violation as a child could get their head stuck.

Maryam is a very friendly and determined individual who manages office affairs, and Asad leads the project fabrication with much diligence and consideration. Overall, they make a brilliant team with the challenge-seeking welders and fabricators with whom they work. A.I.W. creates more than just conventional designs; they tackle newer and more contemporary ideas as well. I would highly recommend their service to anyone, regardless of one's budget. They will always consider your needs and propose different solutions to meet them.

Hired to make a new railing and paint an existing railing and have not returned with either one after the first installation was done poorly and paint was done badly as well. Now they don't reply! My parents are now out $2000 and have no railings! This company has no right to be in business and are completely unprofessional. Taking money from seniors only to not deliver final product or return calls - CRIMINAL! Will be filing with BBB. Stay Away!
