I visited the store to pick up my first compound bow; I had practiced archery with recurve bows in my teens and had always wanted to get back into it. When I arrived, I found one of the staff members setting up what would be my bow. I thought I would wait a couple of minutes, grab some other things and accessories I'd need and be on my way... I could not have been more happy being wrong.
All of the staff were incredibly attentive. They answered all of my questions and educated me on everything I needed to know, from what to start with to what I can and may eventually build up to. They adjusted the draw length (twice!) to make sure that the bow would be bang-on for me. I fired arrow after arrow, checking the function of the bow and receiving fantastic instruction along the way.
Fast-forward to almost two hours later, we were still having a great time talking, discussing the sport, the art of disciplined practice and mental marksmanship. Not once did I feel like I was being rushed out; in fact, I was offered a cup of coffee and a donut upon entering the store!
One of the staff summed up what Archery Source Canada is: It started as a range and the store formed out of necessity. They aren't there to just sell you stuff and wave you off, they are introducing you to the sport and furthering its future in Canada.
A huge, huge thank you to everyone at Archery Source Canada. The service I received was better than when I bought my first car or when I had a custom suit made for me from scratch.

β β β β β Couldn't have asked for better service and advice from Archery Source.
Bought a used high end compound bow from Kijiji and I needed to get it set up for me. It was my first bow and I have never experienced archery.
Was going to go to the Wolf's Den to get it set up, but decided to go to Archery Source, after speaking to Jason on the phone.
Jason was sincere and caring, knowledgeable, thorough of what needed to be done, and informed me of the cost.
In other words, I felt comfortable taking it here, and knew there would be no surprises at Archery Source Canada.
After Jason set me up, he put me on the range, and then he fine tuned my bow.
He gave me much insight and advice on the fundamentals of archery and maintaining my bow. I was essentially given my first lesson on the range, which was awesome!
I was very satisfied when I left and am confident my bow has been serviced by first rate technicians, who were very knowledgeable. Surprisingly, the owner also worked on it too!
In addition, the atmosphere there was very comfortable and welcoming. The staff and patrons were all very friendly.
I definitely give a thumbs-up
and recommend this place to all that need advice or insight, their bow serviced, or a range to shoot.

β β β β β These guys know their stuff and really care about creating a great experience for their costumers. I'm pretty new to archery so the store owner was kind enough to give me a free mini lesson on the range and gave me some amazing tips! They are also very dedicated to making sure you have the right equipment for your size and ability. Great shop to visit especially if you're just starting to get into archery :)

β β β β β Went in here today and received the worst customer service. Very condescending and expect you to know what you want. You're not worth their time unless your going to drop a couple thousand dollars on a bow. They just laugh at you and tell you to save your money so you can get something expensive. And forget about asking questions you will again just be mocked and not get an honest answer. I will happily take my money elsewhere.

β β β β β Amazing shopping experience!!! My husband and I are new to archery and wanted to buy our bows, arrows and all necessary accessories. I thought we would pick what we wanted and be on our way but that was not the case at all. We received A++ service and one on one shopping with the owner. She recommended what we needed to get started and then prepared our bows for us. We then went into a private room and we got to try our bows and had a little coaching session on the right way to use them. We were offered cold water bottles while we waiting for our bows to be ready and they even offered us pizza since they were ordering some, how nice is that! Iβm so happy with our experience and 100% recommend Archery Source Canada! They will definitely be seeing us again =D

β β β β β Archery source is second to none. The service they provide you is just amazing! I purchased my first bow with them, they setup the bow and worked with me to ensure the bow is set up for me! Worked with me to sight in at 20 yards and even hit the bullseye multiple time! Bow was set up perfect! Thanks team at archery source! I would recommend them to any of your archery needs

β β β β β A fantastic store with knowledgeable and friendly staff. I am new to archery with only a small amount of experience and a vague idea of what I wanted for my first "real" bow. The owner of the shop put together a fantastic package tailored to my desires and I was able to test out under the supervision and guidance of the archery coach in the on site target range. I recommend this store to people new to the sport and seasoned archers. Many thanks!
