Needless to say, I was also complaining about cutting it (with my 25-year-old lawn tractor) far too much. So my wife talked me into phoning a few lawn care companies. Now after a few months, we are so happy we chose Arcadia Property Maintenace. We can't speak to their many other services, but their lawn cutting has been exceptional! Scott and his crew are punctual, do a very professional job and are very nice to deal with. Last but not least – for the amount of cutting involved – we think their prices are very fair. We would highly recommend Arcadia to anyone. You won't be disappointed.

Once the lawn mower was fixed, we struggled to find time to cut the grass... and it was stressing my husband out. So I reached out to Scott for a one-time, end-of-season cut. He did it, on fairly short notice, and was so amazing that I convinced my husband that he could permanently remove the lawn stress from his plate! Scott has cut our lawn every week this spring & summer. He even found some cow parsnip on our property, pointed it out to us (we had no idea what it was or how dangerous it could be!), and coordinated its removal. He's always on time, does a great job and is priced well for the service. Nobody other than Scott is touching our lawn!

He has also provided lawn maintenance service for us on a few occasions. He always responds promptly, shows up when he says he will and he leaves the area neat and tidy when he leaves. We highly recommend his company.

They've done a fantastic job on my lawn, including the edging and work on the garden. Whenever I need to ask Scott for any advice on my lawn, I just shoot off an email to him and within the day, he gets back to me. You don't get that kind of service with many companies.

He did the Fall Maintenance package which included fertilizing, aeriating and seeding. Our lawns also needed some top soil to level the ground out better and he did that too. Scott was very punctual and reliable. We will defintely be using his services again.

One could not have asked for a more obliging and meticulous- to- detail person. The projects have stood the test of time now for 3 or 4 years which is a testament to the planning thought process that Scott gave them. Would recommend him to anyone for anything - wish he were closer to us to look after our lawn maintenance. Besides his high work ethics and standards he is very personable and respectful.
