★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where to begin. "Fast" shipping was not fast, we live 2 hours away from their store and it took 4 days to deliver. The product description didn't match what was sent to us, it didn't include what it stated would be included and when we mailed them for an explanation they were ZERO help. Would not recommend anyone shop here unless you like to be unpleasantly surprised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered over $110.00 worth of items and my credit card was billed immediately.
6 days later the order had not shipped. I emailed to cancel and was told they would check and get back to me. Next day, no response.
I had to email 2 more times and threaten a fraud investigation with the credit card company before my money was returned.
They don't have "fast shipping", they have no shipping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very impressed with their shipping speed, prices and product selection. Bought an RO unit and also compared prices for various other products. They were cheaper on pretty much everything. Even though they are "relatively" close by to me, I figured at least 2 days. I got my stuff the NEXT DAY! I was also surprised to see a decent amount of freshwater items and stuff for planted tanks (considering they are more reef focused). Please continue to add more!!!
FEEDBACK: You have a LOT of products in some parts of your site. It's very difficult to browse through that many. Please add some more subcategories other than brand or price.

For the past two years, I have been ordering from them and visiting the shop for my tank’s needs. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going to Aquarium Depot for all my aquarium needs from Day 1. The owner is a stand up guy and is always available to help. I remember not knowing how to plumb my new tank and as busy as he was, he took the time to come in, give me every part I needed and explained how I could get it up and running. Forget your big box stores and check him out for great prices. You won't regret it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I waited until black friday to save a few dollars on a build I'm working on and when my order arrived I did not receive everything I paid for which completely nullified any money I may have saved. I reached out via email and received no response and when I called I was placed on hold and then disconnected. It's a shame because they have such a good selection on parts that are otherwise hard to find however, I'm more than willing to go through the extra effort for a little common courtesy. Cheers.
