My tooth infected after root canal therapy?.They don’t follow safety protocols.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom had a dental emergency , when I called, they didn’t hesitate to take us in on Saturday morning. once we went in, Jasmine (dental assistant) was very welcoming, friendly and very helpful! Dr. Sadeghlou explained all procedures before starting and answer any questions. His work is phenomenal. He was able to fix my mom's problem, his is very professional and nice. I highly recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just wanted to say something about the person who has come with 4 differet IDs (Mila Yekta, nin ninash, Shima Najafi and Elmira Ghalandari); instead of wasting your time trying to review-bomb a respectful business by creating multiple fake IDs, call your insurance and solve your problem. I have been a customer of these people for years, and they have always been perfect, clean and professional.

Before becoming Dr sadeghloo's patient I was afraid of dentists. His work on my teeth has eliminated that fear. It's been worth the drive from Whitby .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had too bad experience with dr siamak sadeghlo and his assistant(jasmine milani) They took my information,they lied to the insurance company about what they did. I went to them just for a tooth cleaning and they told me you should pay 200$ now.while they told the insurance company that they took radiography eight times. And for other dental work They took 1150$from my insurance.I trusted them but they cheated on my information.They are deceivers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm disappointed that my first bill was never cleared, after I asked the front desk numerous times to please claim the outstanding balance from my insurance company. After 4 months of being told not to worry about it and that they would call my insurance company asap, I finally checked with my insurance company, and claims were never made or attempted to be made. I finally paid off my outstanding balance, but their receptionist refuses to reply back to my emails about confirming whether they received the payment or not.
I am not someone who wants to mess with late payments or overdue bills. I take this seriously and this office apparently doesn't.
I left the review here as I'm hoping Aquadent can see this message and get back to me on a timely matter, as my attempts at contacting them were not working.
