★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite not being a previous client, we immediately got an appointment and treatment for our dog to remove some painful porcupine quills. The final invoice was affordable (and below the initial estimate). The staff were very professional, they followed up and also shared the info with our regular vet. Service was great and very much appreciated.

Right from Nikki, the receptionist, who asked Covid details, to Kelly, the veterinary technician, who called me while I was outside (Covid protocol), and took a very thorough history after reading 8 years of my dog's previous records (I had recently moved and this was my first visit to Apsley, but the previous vet transferred her files over). Then Kelly came outside, and managed to coax my very separation anxiety dog away from me to take her inside. (Covid protocol kept me from being allowed in with her). Kelly has the type of energy that dogs love.
Then after Mica's exam, Jodi, the veterinarian, called me and spent a very long time on the phone with me going over all details of the exam (it was her yearly check up). She was thorough and very patient with me, especially with my hearing impairment. She was so kind and generous with her time. I could tell Mica must have loved her.
The service is less expensive than my previous vets in Brampton, and they were upfront right from Kelly's phone call with me at the beginning as to what the cost would be.
I highly recommend this vet service to anybody in the general area. I see why my previous vet recommended it. I will continue to go there, despite being slightly closer to a couple of other vets.

We needed an urgent appointment for our golden, we were put on the triage list first thing in the morning, called when they said they would call and managed to get us in that day. They have their routine down to a fine art with Covid and owners not being allowed into the clinic. Very professional, very informative
