M	Marco C. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owners are salt of the earth people. Super nice and helpful. Rooms are newly renovated and clean. Washroom was immaculate. The food was so unexpected. Breakfast was top notch and the Indian food was stellar ! The cauliflower side was so good it didn’t make sense, the curry chicken was stupendous.

Authentic flavour, portions abundant, and 2 salt of the earth indian-canadians. The Town of apsley hit the lotto when these folks took over the Inn and Restaurant!

This is a family run place and is a good place to stay, to roam around, do fishing, boating etc. in and around Kawartha Lake area. The rooms are very basic but clean and well maintained. The outside of the motel is not that good looking and not well maintained but that should not discourage you from staying. Moreover, the back of the motel is very nice for a walk and near a small creek. The place felt very family friendly. The restaurant that is part of the motel is the one that's the best thing. If you like Indian food then this is the place place to be in. It's great to have nice food in a remote place on a very reasonable price. Though, breakfast was not part of the stay, it’s very convenient to have it from the restaurant.

We will definitely be reordering. This is authentic Indian food at its best. Breakfasts, burgers and now Indian food ??? This is definitely a must try. We got the complete meal.

We will stop again as now very curious about their Indian menu Suggestions: we were not made aware of the Indian Menu until we were paying at the register. Otherwise would definately have ordered. Might be a more pleasant table experience if condiments were not the little packages but containers. We will try again as the Indian Food reviews are a draw.
