★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible after sales service. We have been purchasing our systems from Tennessee but thought it would be nice to purchase locally. We purchased 2 Honda powered hydraulic systems from Hy power they were not set to the correct pressure when our customers received them in Toronto they wouldn't operate. We called Hy power for help asked if they could call our customer and walk them through how to adjust the pressures we were told that they would have to charge an hourly fee for this service. Are you kidding me the system was designed for a specific PSI but they didn't have the pressures set right so we should have to pay extra. Be careful dealing with this company once they get your money your on your own. We will be dealing with Bailey hydraulics in Knoxville again.
After seeing there response i looked back at there quote it says hydraulic system exactly like the one we use now it doesn't say individual components it says system and when you buy a system it comes set up if we wanted individual components we would have went to Princess auto.
Looking back we should have at least they would give after sales service Just stay away save yourself the trouble.
