★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would suggest not using this program, its faster and easier to draft all the documents your self and manually send them though adobe sign.
1. They have a lot of "bugs" that don't seem to ever get fixed.
2. The program often doesn't include all the documents required for corporate matters.
3.The formatting of documents is terrible, something that should be 1 page is 2 or 3 pages.
4. The support team clearly does not read the initial message as their "resolutions to the problem" are steps that I have already described taking in my initial message, that did not work.
5. A lot of documents that are produced in Appara are missing signature blocks, even though there are signature lines, so you have to download and re-upload the document to add your own signature block.
6. Their address options are terrible and complicated.
Those are not all the issues, the list could go on forever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IMO every lawyer should be using this software to increase efficiency. I have just completed my first share transfer transaction with Appara and the software is amazing! It automatically generates documents for you using precedents from your firm once you input the desired structure and makes your life so much easier. There is a bit of learning curve in learning to use the software but the team is amazing at responding to you about your problems under 5 minutes via messenger! Thanks team Appara! :)
