★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing company! They did my basement floors! Simply wow! Alex is a great guy, easy to talk to, understanding of a customers needs and wants and has a good sense of humor! He was honest about the whole process and very fair with the price. No problems with the payment. He kept his word. I want to do my garage floor with him next year! He respected the dates and everything that was written on the contract! His workers did an amazing job on the floor, exactly what I wanted. Good employees and very reliable! I would recommend to anyone! They did an awesome job and guided me every step by letting me know what is the next step. After the job was finished, Alex came by again to inspect and make sure all was done to my liking! Very professional. Thanks Alex and Chris!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT use APOXY CUSTOM FLOORING - ZERO stars. The floors looked awful when they were finished. We had to have our business floors completely redone by another company. Terrible customer service, terrible job, we do NOT recommend. DON'T BELIEVE THE NOTE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE BELOW - we said we were unhappy six months ago. Alex told us, "that is what epoxy floors look like" and offered to reapply the protective top coat that he could not deny was unevenly and poorly applied. BUT he would only do this IF we paid in full before he did the work. THE GOOD COMPANY we ended up using did not ask for payment until the floor was done and we were satisfied. If you decide to use Apoxy Custom Flooring, DON'T make the mistake of paying them ANY money up front. Don't get stuck like us, and lose money, time and have to keep your business closed while you get someone else to clean up the mess they made of your floors.

After 9 months, the clear epoxy coat was bubbling and owner would not repair under warranty; he asked us for $700 to redo 100 sq ft, for fixing the bubbling damage that was not caused by any fault of ours, on a job that we paid $2500 initially.
Claims that since the type of damage is not stipulated in their warranty, company is not resposible for repairs.
VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE: Owner does not care about customer satisfaction and company name integrity!!!

On the contrary, we did not damage or tarnish the finish, nor was there prolonged use or negligence. We brought our car into the garage during the winter for 1 day at most. In my opinion this does not constitute negligence. Keeping the car in a garage for one day (24 hours) is certainly not "prolonged use". This is not helpful in our situation because we did not do anything wrong. Your response is therefore, not accurate. As mentioned we are extremely disappointed and will not be recommending your services going forward.
