My notary, Latifa Saiem Ali, took extra time to personally explain what my options were as a purchaser. In the end, the documents were found and everything worked out very well. Extremely pleased with the service, and I highly recommend Latifa Saiem Ali.

Made 4 transactions and couldn’t ask for a better service. Very convenient location, plenty of parking spaces, elevator, beautiful modern interiors. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was extremely disappointed with the service. As a seller, my buyer chose this Notary as she closed the sale of her home there. While they quickly processed our sale within the requested time frame, they were extremely disorganized. Several handlers took care of my file and could not figure out which documents were missing. One person would say one thing and then later contradict themselves. On top of that, the fees were not organized into a single e-mail in advance, until I asked up front what all the associated fees would be. I asked for the statement of adjustment in advance of the call so that I could decide whether to proceed -they gave it to me in French despite my very obvious Anglo-phone background. I asked for it to be translated (they didn't charge me thankfully). When the notary did arrive to our meeting, she was 10 minutes late. I understand people are busy, but at least send a note when you have people closing something as important as the sale of their home. She was professional and calm, with a great demeanor, but that doesn't make up for the horrible front end organization and bad paperwork. They're in the business of being organized and simply were not.
