★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude staff, they refused to sell us a pet because it was for a friend under 18 for their birthday. When I asked to see the manager, my request was denied and I had to go to a different location to buy the pet (which didn't understand why the lady refused to sell and called it discrimination)

This Dyno is like a mini zoo with a lot of animals of all kind. A must see if you want to just browse casually and discover things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a standard pet shop. I always feel conflicted about endorsing pet shops who actually sell animals of dubious origins (I've asked a few times where their animals come from and the answers were always vague).
The personnel is curteous and helpful, however. They do seem like they care about the animals and aside from their animals' origins, they are knowledgeable about their products.
I would recommend better places to adopt, but they are very good as far as pet-related products and services are concerned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good prices. They offer animal food in small, medium and big sizes (50 lbs). Also, wide choice of toys for cats and dogs, as well as cat trees. Goods can be ordered online and then picked up or delivered (with a fee for the preparation and delivery). It is also possible to have a loyalty card for free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stumbled across this pet store today and absolutely loved it. The reptile selection was nothing like I have ever seen before.
The girl working in this section was more then helpful and was such joy to talk to. She knew the answers to all of our questions and it was obvious she loves her job and has a passion for this.
Moving on past the reptiles, the selection in cats was 0 and the selection in dogs was minimal as well. I hope to see this pet store pick up pets from shelters rather than mills someday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service until a boss tells you that their ferret food doesn't sale well when the shelve is often empty. They try to make you change your ferret food for something with only bones and rice!!! Seriously I buy the one my vet recommends!! Not what they tell me to buy.....worst idea ever to feed rice and bones to ferrets!!!!
